Everything was timely, polite, and when I received my phone case, it looked even better than what I was imagining. The communication between me and the seller was easy, and he sent me photos to verify the personalization I wanted to add. I have already recommended this company to family and co-workers, and I will continue to recommend it to anyone else who asks.

I ordered a case some time ago, and I forgot to put in my whole address, so the case got stuck with the courier until I realised this was the problem. I immediately contacted customer support, who had me confirm my address 2 more times (and honestly, they were legends in doing so, because my autocorrect had changed the whole name of the street as I was rushing to send the email back). They sent me a replacement case with no extra charge, and it arrived super quickly. The quality is INSANE, but the customer service I got was absolutely fantastic. If you want to buy knowing that there are actual humans on the other side of the screen waiting to give you a hand, this is the company to go to. A solid 11/10.
